Leyland is a successful sales leader who over the course of 25+ year career has held senior leadership roles at Hewlett-Packard Canada, Ricoh Canada and, Quality & Compliance. Her areas of expertise include sales management, marketing, strategic planning and customer experience. She thrives as a leader or as an individual contributor. Leyland has driven results through her passionate and unwavering approach to success. She works with sales teams to ensure they realize their potential, both as a team and an individual. She applies this same motivation and unwavering commitment to each client engagement, helping to deliver and exceed objectives and expectations.

Launching “Find The Why Sales” is an opportunity for Leyland and her team to give back and offer expertise where and when organizations need it most. A Customer for Life is built in moments, with each person. It is possible.

Leyland has a strong history of supporting equity, diversity and, volunteerism in the workplace as well as in the community. She is an active volunteer and past Board Director for Zonta Oakville. Zonta is a leading global organization of individuals working together to build a better world for women and girls through service, advocacy, and volunteerism.
